A Las Vegas comedian who was caught in illegal ties these include gambling debts, drugs and dating the boss's daughter. Stretch tried to steal data from a power planet. However after being caught Jack Gamble and Ace, the comedian fell into a tank of chemicals that alter him. He gain the skill to stretch and shape shift.
