The story goes Walter went mad after this second visit to the world because of that some of his "memories" escape his mind. These memories crafted people that he encounter in past. The character Cindy was crafted after a girl he met at the swings. She smiled and enjoyed his presents. She would have befriend a king with white hair. When the universe gets destroyed by Xaosdecore she vanished. However she would reappeared when the Writer and Walter discover her. 

Fun facts:
1. A girl by the same name was a my childhood crush. My first childhood crush.
2. When Xaosdecore tried to rewrite the Writer's history Cindy is very unlikely effected since she appeared before cult of shadows.
3. Walter mistake Cindy as the Lady in white, other notable character who is mistake as her is Savannah, Kristen, Peggy and even Lori.
4. Cindy was suppose to be alien with brain powers.
